Raytheon wins order for excalibur projectiles

Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Ariz., was awarded on Sept. 23 a $ 16,130,000 firm-fixed-price contract for 155mm Excalibur Block 1A-1 projectiles (250 FY09 units of 750 total FY09 units). U.S. Army Contracting Command, Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, CCJM-CA, Combat Ammo Center, Picatinny Arsenal, N.J., is the contracting activity.
