Rostec's High Precision Complexes holding has developed multifunctional robotic complexes named "Depesha" (“Despatch”) and "Buggy."

These ground robots are currently undergoing extensive testing, including evaluations in areas of special military operations, Rostec said in a statement.

The "Depesha" robot, assembled on a tracked platform, boasts a load capacity of 150 kg, while the "Buggy," built on a wheeled platform, can carry up to 250 kg. These capacities enable the robots to serve as reliable assistants for frontline soldiers, capable of quickly and quietly delivering provisions, ammunition, and fuel, as well as evacuating wounded personnel.

Both "Depesha" and "Buggy" are remotely controlled; "Depesha" utilizes an FPV helmet and joystick, and "Buggy" uses a joystick and tablet. In addition to their logistical roles, these robots can perform combat tasks. They are designed to destroy enemy personnel and fortifications, such as pillboxes, bunkers, and fortified firing points. Furthermore, they are capable of terrain mining. One of the notable capabilities of these robotic systems is their function as ground-based kamikaze drones. They can deliver and detonate charges to destroy enemy targets, enhancing their versatility in combat scenarios.

Ukrainian engineers developed the "Lyut" robot for the AFU, shared by the Defence Forces of the South of Ukraine. "Lyut" is an assault robot equipped with a tank machine gun and a 360° camera, capable of attacking enemy positions and covering soldiers day and night. It features protection against small arms and shell debris and can serve as a mobile firing point in defense.
