AimLock has announced a new partnership with Overland AI to integrate its autonomous targeting and engagement systems into Overland’s unmanned ground vehicle (UGV).
The partnership seeks to enhance battlefield mobility and lethality by merging AimLock’s precision systems with Overland’s ground autonomy technology. The integrated system will enable human-supervised autonomous operations in contested environments where traditional communication or GPS access may be limited.
Overland’s modular and attritable UGV is designed to operate beyond line of sight and deliver high mobility and combat power. With AimLock’s targeting modules—known as Keystone (CTM)—the vehicle will support a wide range of missions, including Counter-UAS, Force Protection, Direct Action, Integrated Defense, Strike Anti-Armor, and Support by Fire.
AimLock’s systems, such as the Spur, Rampart, Summit, Switchback, and ROLS, are compatible with Overland’s platform, allowing users to adapt payloads to specific mission needs.
The Overland UGV equipped with AimLock’s systems will be displayed at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) event.
