Lockheed Martin Wins $353M Contract for Logistics and Support from US DoD

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $353,191,632 firm-fixed-price contract. The award will provide for the procurement of Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System Full-Rate Production VII Unitary Pods, Reduced Range Rocket Pods, Download/Demate Pods and integrated logistics support services. Work will be performed in Dallas, Texas; Camden, Ark.; Orland, Fla.; and Lufkin, Texas; with an estimated completion date of Dec. 29, 2014.
