CACI To Provide C4ISR Technology Worth $247 Million To U.S Army

CACI announced that it has won a five year contract worth $247 million to support rapid prototyping and technology insertion initiatives for Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center's Command, Power, and Integration Directorate (CP&ID) to the U.S Army. The company is one of the two prime contractors and will provide command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) prototyping integration, market segment, research, development, and implementation of new Army/Joint mission command/command and control concepts and technologies to the U.S Army. John Mengucci, CACI Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. Operations, said, "CERDEC's Command, Power and Integration Directorate has long been a core business client for our C4ISR team. This win culminates more than a year of capture activity at all levels of CACI management and significantly expands support for our forces".
