Raytheon, Boeing Win Contracts Worth $242 Million

Raytheon is being awarded $172 million contract modification under firm-fixed-price contract for AN/TPY-2 Radar with associated spares.

The work is expected to be completed by March 2016.

Boeing has also won a $70 million contract for the procurement of 12 encapsulated harpoon all-up round tactical missiles.

The contract also includes procurement of five harpoon Grade B exercise missiles, two encapsulated Harpoon certification training vehicles and shipping containers, 100 Harpoon improved fuze booster kits, 50 Harpoon improved fuze kits; two Harpoon blast test vehicles, and associated hardware and containers for the U.S. Navy and various foreign military sales customers.

Work is expected to be completed in December, 2014.
