A-T Solutions To Provide IED-Training Support And Solutions

A-T Solutions Inc has won a contract to continue support for U.S. efforts to counter improvised explosive devices.

Under a competitively awarded General Services Administration blanket purchase agreement, the company will provide program management and support in the counter-IED training, training analysis support, institutionalization of lessons learned and short-term ad hoc training needs for the Joint Counter-IED Integration Training Program of the Department of Defense's Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization.

Three other companies were awarded the blanket purchase agreement, which is for five years and which carries a value of as much as $408 million.

"The JCITP contract allows A-T Solutions to continue providing expertise to enable the development and propagation of new operational tactics, techniques and procedures, implementation of current and relevant training to bridge operational gaps, and support testing of new counter-IED equipment and concepts."
