Honeywell Aerospace India today announced the two changes to its senior executive team in India.

Pritam Bhavnani has been named President, India and High Growth Regions, according to an official statement.

As part of his new responsibilities, Bhavnani will leverage the same business leadership skills demonstrated in India to strengthen cross-regional collaboration and growth between business units in Honeywell’s High Growth Regions.

He will continue to maintain his close relationship with both the Indian Air Force and Indian Government ministries and agencies. Bhavnani makes the transition from his previous role of President, Honeywell Aerospace India, a position he has held since 2010 as part of an 18-year tenure at Honeywell, the statement added.

Meanwhile, Arijit Ghosh has replaced Bhavnani as President, Honeywell Aerospace India. In his new role, he will oversee all strategic business elements relating to the operation of Honeywell Aerospace’s business in India. In his most recent role as Country Head for Defense and Space (D&S) in India,  Ghosh has been instrumental in driving key growth and business objectives for Honeywell’s Defense and Space unit within the country.
