Cubic Corp Wins $500 Million DTRA Contract For Countering WMDs

Cubic Corp's Mission Support Services announced today that it has won a $500 million Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contract for countering weapons of mass destruction.

DTRA is the US MoD’s official Combat Support Agency.Under the contract, Cubic will provide chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and high-yield explosive (CBRNE) exercise, training, capability assessment, and capacity development support services.

“Cubic is excited to partner with DTRA to employ effective CBRNE exercise, training, capability assessment, and development support services to mitigate threats and keep warfighters and citizens safe,” said Bill Toti, president of Cubic’s Mission Support Services.

Bill Magill will lead the Cubic team as program manager. Magill brings 15 years of CBRNE program management experience at Cubic and DTRA.

Additionally, Cubic will provide services to DTRA's Building Partnerships Division including training, exercise, and building partner capacity event support. Work will be based out of Cubic’s Operations Support and Education Group’s Kingstowne, Virginia office and also performed at various locations around the world. The contract is expected to run through July 2024.
