BAE Systems will focus on ASEAN countries in both security and economic areas and strengthening partnerships with existing and new customers during Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition from March 17-21, 2015, the company said in a statement.

In a statement Friday, BAE Systems Southeast Asia managing director, John Brosnan, said LIMA offered excellent opportunities for the company to meet existing and new customers.

"Besides that, the exhibition will also allow us to establish stronger bonds with the Malaysian government by delivering sustainable innovation through technologies with local partners.

"Our attendance and objective this time is aligned to focus on ASEAN in both security and economic areas while also addressing our significant investment to date in Malaysia and the desire to expand our portfolio across the region," he said.
