TAI Partners With Polish Companies For The KRUK Helicopter Program

Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) has signed MoUs with a host of Polish companies for the KRUK Program of the Polish Armed Forces. 

TAI’s T129 ATAK Advanced Attack and Tactical Reconnaissance Helicopter is part of the program. TAI signed the MoUs with WCBKT, WZL1, ITWL and MESKO during the MPSO Kielce Tuesday.

The MOUs cover bilateral cooperation between the companies in relation to introducing T129 ATAK Advanced Attack and Tactical Reconnaissance Helicopter to the Polish Armed Forces.

T129 ATAK is a tandem two-seat, twin engine helicopter designed for attack and reconnaissance purposes. T129 ATAK incorporates new engines (LHTEC CTS 800-4A), electro-optics and weapon systems, a modified airframe, upgraded drive train and new tail rotor.
