Lockheed Martin has won $424 million contract to provide AN/GPQ-11(V) Threat Radar Emitter Simulations products in support of the US Navy’s  Aircrew Electronic Warfare Tactical Training Range (AEWTTR) project.

The contract also includes services and other target/threat simulators and peripheral equipment for the AEWTTR project, the US Department of Defense said in a statement Thursday.

The AEWTTR project, managed by the Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, focuses on the development, implementation and sustainment of ground EW and surface-to-air weapons threat systems. Work is expected to be completed in May 2021.
