Turkey Issues RFP To Procure Six General Purpose Aircraft

Turkey has issued a request for proposal to procure six Liaison and General Purpose Aircraft (GMU) shall be procured in order to carry/drop material and personnel for Turkish Land Forces (TurLF).

According to the RFP floated by Turkish Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM) on Tuesday, “The Company who will receive RFP shall have Facility Security Clearance at appropriate level and shall present this document to SSM during delivery of the RFP.”

“In case the Company resides in a foreign country, abovementioned Facility Security Clearance shall be taken from the relevant country's official Safety Authority. RFP will not be provided to any personnel who does not have appropriate confidentially level Facility Security Clearance,” the RFP stated.

The final proposal submission deadline is 19th August 2016.
