ERAPSCO Wins $203 Million To Supply Sonobuoys To US Navy
ERAPSCO is being awarded $203 million contract for the procurement of up to 141500 sonobuoys for the US Navy.
The contract includes 6,000 AN/SSQ-36 sonobuoys; 95,000 AN/SSQ-53 sonobuoys; 15,500 AN/SSQ-62 sonobuoys; 10,000 AN/SSQ-101 sonobuoys; and 15,000 AN/SSQ0125 sonobuoys, the US department of defense said in a statement Tuesday.
Work is expected to be completed by October 2019.
No funding will be obligated at time of award; funds will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
