HERNDON, Va. --- The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) has exercised a third option for Northrop Grumman to continue to provide operations, maintenance and engineering support to its Combined Tactical Training Range (CTTR).>> Northrop Grumman is in the fourth year of providing services under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract, originally awarded in 2005.
