Lockheed Martin Wins $41.7M To Provide AEGIS Lifetime Support For Australian Hobart Class Ships

Lockheed Martin is being awarded a $41.7 million contract to exercise an option for AEGIS lifetime support services consisting of computer program maintenance in support of the Royal Australian Navy Hobart class ships.

Work is expected to be completed by November 2019, the US Department of Defense said in a statement Tuesday.

Foreign military sales funding in the amount of $5,817,526 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.
