Northrop Grumman has won a $16.7 million modification to previously awarded intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) prime integration contract for ICBM cryptography upgrade.

The contract modification is for the resolution of a request for equitable adjustment associated with changes to the program. Work is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2018, US Department of Defense said in a statement Thursday.

No funding will be obligated at time of award. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill AFB, Utah, is the contracting activity.
