India on Monday test-fired the land-attack version of Brahmos supersonic cruise missile from Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur in Odisha state.
The missile was equipped with locally-made propulsion system, airframe, power supply and other major components. It was successfully test-fired for its full range of 290-km during the launch jointly conducted by DRDO and BrahMos Aerospace, Indian MoD said in a statement.
