Finland Selects Elbit to Supply Leonardo Tank Ammo
Finland has awarded IMI Systems, subsidiary of Israel’s Elbit Systems, a contract to supply M339 120mm High Explosive Multi-Purpose ammunition for the army’s Leopard 2 Main Battle Tanks (MBTs).
“Elbit Systems subsidiary IMI Systems, has been selected by the Finnish Ministry of Defense to provide the Finnish Army with the M339, a NATO compliant 120mm High Explosive Multi-Purpose ammunition and Data Setting Units for its Leopard 2 MBTs,” the company announced on Monday.
The value of the contract has not been disclosed.
