Almaz Antey Group announced Thursday it will unveil “fully digital” Antey-4000, export version of the S-300V4 anti-aircraft missile system, at Army-2020 Forum scheduled to take place next week.
The company will display 9A83M-2E launcher, 9A84M-1E launcher-loader vehicle; and surface-to-air missiles (9M83ME and 9M82ME) capable of hitting 24 aerial targets simultaneously. Touted to be a “fully digital system, it is said to have a range of about 400 km.
Also presented during the event are Buk-M3 missile system, S-350 ‘Vityaz’ surface-to-air missile launchers, Viking, Tor-E2 surface-to-air missile systems, anti-aircraft missile module of Tor-M2KM launcher; Taifun-PVO combat vehicle of a squad of anti-aircraft gunners with man-portable air defense systems; a drone with a turbojet engine from the Adyutant multi-purpose target training system; seaborne air defense systems; upgraded OSA-AKM1 air defense and Tunguska-M1 anti-aircraft missile/gun systems, according to Russian media.
In addition, Almaz Antey will unveil an automated radio-electronics control and diagnostics system.
