Ukraine’s state-owned Luch Design Bureau presented mock-up of a new reconnaissance strike unmanned aerial vehicle Sokil (Falcon)-300, on Friday.
The Sokil-300 UAV is armed with guided missiles with a range of up to 10 km. It can carry maximum payload iof 300 kg, has a maximum takeoff load of 1,225 kg, and can attain a maximum speed of 335 kmph. The drone has a wingspan of 14m and length of 8.57m.

The aircraft has an IHS+GPS control system with an integrated map of the operational area. It is equipped with an automatic laser landing system and an anti-jamming set.
Sokil-300 also has three engine optionsL АІ-450Т2 (580 kmh, 5h max), МС-500В-05С/СЕ (466 kmh, 3h max), Rotax 914 (210 kmh, 26h max).
Ukraine is planning to purchase about 50 Turkish Bayraktar TB2 combat drones and set up a large-scale assembly line for the unmanned aircraft.
