VSMPO-AVISMA Will Continue to Supply Titanium for Airbus A350

VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation has signed an agreement with Spanish company Aernnova Aerospace to continue supplying titanium products for Airbus A350 aircraft until 2028.

Under the terms of the agreement, VSMPO-AVISMA will continue to supply the company with titanium forgings intended for the structures of the Airbus A350 aircraft, Russia’s state-run Rostec said in a statement.

In accordance with the agreement, VSMPO-AVISMA supplies the entire volume of Aernnova Aerospace's needs for stampings for these programs.

“The signing of the agreement until 2028 is an important result of our joint work and once again confirms the leading positions of VSMPO-AVISMA in the market. We plan to continue expanding the scope of cooperation with Aernnova Aerospace to create joint products that will be used for the needs of the global aerospace industry,” said Dmitry Osipov, General Director of PJSC VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation.

As a reminder, 25% plus 1 share of VSMPO-AVISMA belongs to Rostec State Corporation. VSMPO-AVISMA is the world market leader in titanium products and is deeply integrated into the global aerospace industry. The corporation's partners are such recognized industry leaders as Boeing, Airbus, Embraer SA, Rolls-Royce plc, Safran Aircraft Engines, Safran Aero Boosters, Safran Landing Systems and others - more than 450 companies in total.
