Ukraine Released 63 Russian soldiers this week captured from Russian-occupied territory with mediation from top leadership of the U.A.E.
In a statement, Russia’s defense ministry confirmed the release of Russian servicemen including persons of a "sensitive category.” The ministry credited efforts by the U.A.E. for making the exchange possible.
