The U.S. State Department has approved the sale to United Kingdom of Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System-II for an estimated cost of $31.2 million.
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
The United Kingdom has requested to buy up to 768 Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System-II (APKWS-II) All Up Round (AURs) (Single Variant) and related equipment and support for approximately $31.2 million.
The principal contractors will be BAE Systems, Nashua, New Hampshire.
