The Ruselectronics holding of the Rostec State Corporation presented a mobile control center for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) at the Integrated Security exhibition for the first time.

This new complex, developed by specialists from the Ryazan Radio Plant, enables quick deployment in the field to manage UAVs for rescue operations.

The center allows operators to receive real-time information from emergency zones, perform aerial searches, monitor conditions such as fires and floods, and conduct reconnaissance of traffic routes and aerial photography. Built on a specialized KAMAZ all-terrain vehicle, the mobile center includes telecommunications equipment for satellite, wired, and radio communication, as well as video surveillance and conferencing systems.

Rostec highlighted that the mobile control center can interface with various types of drones equipped with photo, video, and multispectral cameras, thermal imagers, radiation dosimeters, gas analyzers, and voice warning systems. This versatility enables comprehensive monitoring tasks in emergency zones.

The complex also features a Ku-band satellite station for broadband communications, with a transmission speed of 2 to 4 Mbit/s. This equipment, developed by the Vigstar Research and Production Center, is part of Ruselectronics. Additionally, the complex is equipped with professional radio communication equipment of the DMR standard produced by the Sozvezdie concern, designed to function in challenging weather conditions and withstand external factors such as vibration, mechanical damage, high temperatures, and moisture.

Alexander Krutov, General Director of the Ryazan Radio Plant, noted the importance of using drones to safely explore hazardous areas during emergencies, reducing risks to rescue teams by providing real-time data from UAVs.

In 2022-2023, the Ryazan Radio Plant supplied 21 mobile communication centers and 13 mobile public information systems to the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. The company is designated as the sole supplier of these complexes until February 2027.

The Integrated Security exhibition, where this mobile control center was showcased, is being held from May 29 to June 1, 2024, at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center.
