U.S. State Department Approves $215.5M AMRAAM Sale to Denmark

The U.S. State Department has approved a potential Foreign Military Sale valued $215.5 million to Denmark, comprising AIM-120C-8 Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missiles (AMRAAM) and associated logistics and program support.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) formally notified Congress of this prospective sale today, outlining Denmark's request for 84 AIM-120C-8 AMRAAM missiles and three AIM-120 AMRAAM guidance sections, besides related equipment and support.

RTX Corporation, based in Tucson, Arizona, will be the principal contractor for this sale.
