Ukrainian company 603700, part of the DroneUA group, has started exporting flight controllers for FPV drones to the United States.
Valeriy Yakovenko, co-founder of DroneUA, said Ukrainian engineers produce hundreds of thousands of flight controllers, control systems, and communication systems annually. He highlighted that Ukraine manufactures millions of drones, with a focus on technological localization.
The company's solutions are currently undergoing testing in North America and will soon be available for sale through a dealer network. Yakovenko stated that exports play a crucial role in Ukraine’s economic recovery, describing the country as a hub for advanced technologies.
DroneUA has not specified the exact market segment for the controllers, though they may have dual-use applications. The latest model, Galicia v2, is designed for FPV kamikaze and bomber drones with a frame size of up to 10 inches and supports six motors.
In a separate development, DroneUA recently began supplying robotics to NASA. The first test batch has been sent to Virginia for evaluation, initiated by NASA to explore Ukrainian technology for future projects.
