Nasmyth Group Acquired by Sigma Advanced Systems UK Ltd

Nasmyth Group today announced that it has been acquired by Sigma Advanced Systems UK Ltd, a global company specialising in advanced defence and security technologies.

Sigma Advanced Systems UK Ltd has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Nasmyth Group Ltd for ₹213 crore (approximately US$21.4 million).

Under the agreement, Sigma will take full ownership of Nasmyth Group, which operates several manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and one in India.

Nasmyth Group is recognised for its precision engineering, complex manufacturing, and advanced metal treatments, supplying high-quality solutions to leading aerospace and defence customers.

The company reported revenue of £59.92 million for the year ending April 2025.

Sigma Advanced Systems UK Ltd designs and produces a wide range of advanced technologies, including avionics, naval and communication systems, submarine platforms, radar, and counter–unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS).
