The Indian Armed Forces is set to present a Tri-service tableau ‘Operation Sindoor: Victory Through Jointness’ during the 77th Republic Day Parade at Kartavya Path, New Delhi on January 26, 2026.
According to official information released ahead of the parade, the tableau is designed to present India’s current military doctrine centred on joint operations by the Army, Navy and Air Force, with a focus on precision strikes, coordinated command structures and domestically produced defence systems.
The sequence begins with a maritime scenario led by the Indian Navy, depicting sea control operations intended to restrict adversary movement. This is followed by an Indian Army segment showing M777 ultra-light howitzers delivering targeted artillery fire. Positioned alongside is the Akash air defence system, representing layered air defence coverage within an integrated battlefield framework.
The central portion of the tableau portrays a simulated strike operation reflecting what the ministry describes as a rapid-response security posture. A HAROP loitering munition is shown targeting an enemy air defence radar, followed by a Rafale fighter aircraft carrying SCALP missiles striking designated infrastructure. The sequence continues with a Su-30 MKI launching a BrahMos supersonic cruise missile against fortified targets.
The final phase highlights long-range air defence, with the Russian-made S-400 system depicted engaging an airborne early-warning platform at extended range. This segment is intended to illustrate networked surveillance, early decision-making and coordinated engagement across domains.
The tableau narrative emphasises intelligence sharing, target selection and execution across land, sea and air components, while underscoring India’s stated policy of calibrated military response against terrorism.
