U.S. Central Command said American forces completed another major wave of strikes against Iran, using fighter jets, drones and warships to hit dozens of targets.
While CENTCOM claimed the strikes targeted Iranian military capabilities, but Iranian reports said the U.S. bombed civilian infrastructure, including 7 bridges, a railway station and a telecommunications tower.
American warplanes struck five bridges and multiple cities across southern and southeastern Iran late Thursday in a sixth consecutive night of attacks. Iranian state broadcaster IRIB said one person was killed and eight others injured in a strike on a neighborhood in the southern port city of Bandar Abbas. A separate US attack hit two bridges near Bandar Khamir in Hormozgan Province, killing seven people and injuring nine, according to the broadcaster.Tasnim News reported.
Trump’s properties hit in Dubai, Saudi Arabia
In retaliation, Iran has struck Trump’s properties in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Targets included an Trump's properties such as Trump International Hotel & Tower (Dubai), Trump Plaza (Jeddah), and Trump Tower (Riyadh).
While Reuters reported loud explosions in central Dubai, the UAE government denied any attacks on its territory.
U.S. Facilities in Kuwait, Qatar & Bahrain hit
Meanwhile, Kuwait was hit by Iranian missile strikes on critical infrastructure. Kuwait claimed that the emirate suffered 32 IRGC kamikaze UAV strikes in a single day.
Satellite images show damage to a US military aircraft maintenance facility located at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar, presumably as a result of recent retaliatory operations by Iran.
Strikes were reported on the US Navy's 5th Fleet headquarters, Sakhir Air Base, the Al-Hidd naval base, and the US camp in Al-Hamla. Arash kamikaze drones also attacked US helicopter and P-8 Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft bases.
In Kuwait, a radar station and a mobile missile complex near the Iraqi border were struck. Following the attacks, large fires broke out at US military facilities.
