Oshkosh wins $24 million contract for MRAP Vehicles from U.S

Oshkosh Corp., Oshkosh, Wis., was awarded on July 2 a $23,634,480 contract. This contract is for the procurement of 792 months equal to 66 field service representatives for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected All Terrain Vehicle in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Work is to be performed in Oshkosh, Wis., with an estimated completion date of May 31, 2012. Five bids were solicited with five bids received. TACOM, CCTA-ADC-A, Warren, Mich., is the contracting activity.
