Insitu, Inc., Bingen, Wash., is being awarded an $83,700,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for operations and maintenance services in support government-owned ScanEagle unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including: -- multiple training courses ranging from system pilot training, maintenance and operations, mission coordinator and payload operator;
-- multiple kits for sustainment, payload and engine module kits; and
-- multiple spare parts for ScanEagle UAS. Work will be performed in Bingen, Wash., and is expected to be completed in May 2012. Contract funds in the amount of $62,700,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR 6.302-2.
