AgustaWestland appoints new CEO

During the latest AgustaWestland Board of Directors meeting Bruno Spagnolini has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Company being previously Chief Operating Officer of AgustaWestland since 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of Agusta S.p.A. since 2004. The Board of Directors has also appointed Giorgio Brazzelli as the new AgustaWestland Chairman, formerly Chairman of Alenia Aermacchi since 2003 and of Alenia Aeronautica since 2009. Amedeo Caporaletti stays as Member of the Board of Directors. . . . . .
