Eurocopter To Launch Dauphin Full Motion Simulator

Eurocopter has announced the launch of Asia Pacific's first AS365 N3/N3+ Dauphin full motion simulator at the Singapore Airshow 2012. Eurocopter Southeast Asia (ESEA) will also provide the maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Dauphin family helicopters. "Our investment and focus on specialized services, such as full-flight simulator training, design office work, and development of technical solutions, have put us in good stead to meet future challenges in the wider Asian market," ESEA president Bernhard Brenner said on Feb 17. The AS365 simulator in Singapore will be Eurocopter's 17th full flight simulator globally. By 2013, AESA plans to launch two more simulators, an EC135 simulator in Japan and an EC155 simulator in China.
