Czech company Aero Vodochody is authorized to conduct training and instruction on military aircraft under new rules.
The certificate issued by the Department of Military Aviation Supervision of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic covers Albatros, Alca, and the new L-39NG aircraft.
The certificate confirms Aero as an organization and workplace approved to conduct education and training on military aviation equipment.
The certificate issued was a continuation of Aero's previous authorization for teaching and training. The new activity included rules resulting from the European EMAR rules, which have been adopted into the national legislation of the Czech Republic. The Approved Training Organization, its instructors, and the Aero experts are hereby authorized to conduct type and instructor training and extension of other privileges on Aero aircraft.
The certificate is issued for the airspace of the Czech Republic and covers the use of the Vodochody Airport.
Other airports and airspaces are subject to authorization by the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic.
The certificate of competence for teaching and training on military aviation equipment is issued on the basis of meeting the requirements of the Act on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic.
