Hezbollah has publicly accused Israel of carrying out “massacres,” alleging that 37 people were killed and over 3,000 injured in the same incident.
In retaliation, Hezbollah has vowed to take revenge against Israel.
Today’s Israeli airstrikes targeted around 100 Hezbollah rocket launchers, each capable of firing approximately 1,000 rockets.
Hours later, Hezbollah launched over 50 rockets towards Northeastern Israel. Reports indicate that most of these rockets were intercepted by Israel's Iron Dome defense system or landed in open areas in the Upper Galilee Region and the Golan Heights. Hebrew media outlets reported that more than 50 rockets impacted the city of Safad and nearby areas, with some hitting a stadium and causing a fire. Additional rockets fell in Kibbutz Ortal, located in the occupied Syrian Golan Heights.
