Saab Receives Order for CV90 Fire Control System from BAE Systems

Saab has secured an order from BAE Systems Hägglunds for its Universal Tank and Anti-Aircraft System (UTAAS) sighting and fire control system, valued at approximately SEK 700 million ($65 million).

BAE Systems Hägglunds, based in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, develops and manufactures the Combat Vehicle 90 (CV90) and has partnered with Saab to equip the vehicle with the UTAAS system. UTAAS is a modular, integrated sighting and fire control system designed for both aerial and land targets.
