Lockheed Martin to Integrate Google AI into AI Factory Ecosystem

Lockheed Martin and Google Public Sector have announced plans to integrate Google’s generative artificial intelligence (genAI) into Lockheed Martin’s AI Factory ecosystem, aiming to enhance AI-driven capabilities across defense, aerospace, and scientific fields.

Lockheed Martin’s AI Factory incorporates both open-source and proprietary AI models, ensuring reliability, traceability, and security in high-assurance deployments. Google Cloud’s AI technologies will complement this system, supporting advanced intelligence analysis, real-time decision-making, predictive aerospace maintenance, optimized engineering designs, and secure software development.

Google Cloud’s Vertex AI platform will support Lockheed Martin’s AI Factory by enabling secure, scalable AI model training and deployment, including operations in air-gapped environments.
