HENSOLDT has extended its cooperation with the Czech Armed Forces by equipping additional combat vehicles with the TARANIS ADLER command, control, coordination, and communication system.
The contract includes integrating a new map service and training Czech artillery personnel.
HENSOLDT has been working with the Czech military on artillery systems since 2022 through a project with the state-owned Military Technical Institute (VTU) and ESG as the contractual partner. The company has been supplying the Automated Fire Control System and Support (AFCS), including a customized version of TARANIS ADLER and a standard model for the Military University in Brno.
Under the new contract, HENSOLDT will integrate TARANIS ADLER AFCS CZE into additional combat vehicles and radar systems while linking all available sensors with the national command and control (C2) system BVIS. The agreement also includes implementing a new map service to enhance interoperability between the C2 system and TARANIS ADLER.
