The arrival marks the jet’s first-ever appearance in the Middle East.

The aircraft is preparing to take part in the Dubai Airshow 2025, which will run from November 17 to 21.

COMAC will showcase two C919 single-aisle passenger jets and one C909 business jet at the event.

This year’s airshow will feature more than 1,500 exhibitors and is expected to attract over 148,000 visitors, giving COMAC a major platform to present its aircraft to global buyers.

The C919 is China’s domestically developed narrow-body jet built to compete with the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.

It has received over 1,000 orders from domestic and international customers.

The aircraft is already in regular commercial service in China, with 18 jets delivered to Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines in its first two years of operation.
