Exosens Wins 5G Night Vision Contract from ACTinBlack Group

French firm, Exosens has signed a contract with ACT-in-Black Group for 7000 units of its 5G image intensifier tubes.

The tubes will be delivered between 2027 and 2028 and integrated into night vision binoculars for European special forces.

The deal was signed only a few months after Exosens officially launched its 5G technology, highlighting the rapid market adoption of the new system.

According to Exosens, the 5G image intensifier tubes represent a significant performance upgrade, delivering a 30% improvement in overall image quality and up to 35% longer detection ranges compared with current standard tubes.

The technology is designed for operations in extremely low-light environments and aims to enhance situational awareness and visual comfort for users.
