Over 500 people are injured and 50  killed in U.S. airstrikes between June 27 and July 18, Iranian Health Ministry Spokesperson Hossein Kermanpour wrote on X on Saturday.

"The fatalities include five women and two children under the age of 18, while there are 32 women and 18 minors among the injured," he added.

This adds to the over 1700 killed since February 28 and before the June MoU to stop the war launched by the US and Israel against Iran.

Over the past days, American aircraft have carried out a wide range of attacks against several areas across five Iranian provinces, mainly targeting civilian infrastructure.

While the U.S. says the attacks “degraded Iran’s military infrastructure,” the situation on the ground tells a different story with a cancer hospital, several bridges, water desalination plants and highways among the targets.

Vivid images of damages and death are being shown on Iranian media.

Other sources reported many civilians as missing and likely caught under the rubble.
