Abu Dhabi: Thales signed an agreement with local partner C4 Advanced Solutions to create a joint venture company, Thales Advanced Solutions, to provide maintenance services for tactical radios of the United Arab Emirates armed forces at the IDEX 2009. C4 Advanced Solutions is wholly owned subsidiary of the Emirates Advanced Investments group
