Ukraine says its military destroyed a Su-34 fighter, four helicopters (Mi-24 and Ka-52) and three Kh-59 cruise missiles used by the Russian Federation.
"The fighters of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to patrol the airspace, shielding the strike groups of Su-25 attackers and Su-24M bombers, which launched devastating missile and bomb strikes on the columns of equipment and manpower of the Russian occupiers on April 10," the Ukrainian Air Force posted on Facebook.
Ukraine’s East Operational and Tactical Grouping said that on Sunday, “the Russian fascists carried out more missile and airstrikes, firing off heavy artillery. Having returned fire, the Ukrainian defenders killed 26 servicemen, an armored combat vehicle, two military trucks, two helicopters, and a UAV.”
Kyiv claimed earlier that Russia lost approximately 19,300 personnel, 722 tanks, 1,911 armored combat vehicles, 342 artillery systems, 108 MLR systems, 55 air defense units, 152 aircraft, and 137 helicopters, 1,384 vehicles, seven vessels, 76 fuel tankers, 112 UAVs, 25 special equipment units, and four missile launchers from February 24 to April 9.
