Six attack drones targeted ammunition warehouses in Toropets, Tver region, around 3:30 a.m. Residents reported a loud explosion and a bright flash, followed by a fire.

According to the Russian resource ASTRA, the military unit 541690 (107th Arsenal of GRAU) is located at coordinates 56.501445922689484, 31.72182505540685. This facility stores a significant amount of ammunition, including 122-mm rockets for the "Grad" MLRS and 82-mm mines, and has previously been targeted by drones. It is situated near Tsikarevo, Kudino, and Zarechye, alongside another unit designated as 11777.

Local authorities, including Governor Igor Rudenia, confirmed the drone attack but did not provide details about the impact or fire.

This military unit was first attacked on May 5 and again on July 29, when two drones exploded on-site, igniting a fire.

Russia's Defense Ministry claimed that 54 Ukrainian drones were downed overnight but did not mention any drones downed over Tver Oblast. According to the ministry's 8 a.m. report, 27 drones were downed over Kursk Oblast, 16 over Bryansk Oblast, seven over Smolensk Oblast, three over Belgorod Oblast, and one over Oryol Oblast.

Earlier, "Military" reported a strike on an ammunition warehouse in the Soldatske area of the Voronezh region, where at least five drones were allegedly shot down.
