Israel, India Sign Strategic Memorandum of Understanding
Israel and India sign MoU to strengthen industrial ties and expand joint tech projects on November 3, 2025.

Israel and India signed a Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 3 to deepen defense-industrial cooperation and advance joint technology development.

The agreement was finalized during a high-level visit to Israel, where the Indian delegation met with Defense Minister Israel Katz. A special panel featuring CEOs of Israeli defense industries showcased new technologies and proposals to expand bilateral defense collaboration.

Israeli participants included senior officials from the Ministry of Defense’s ABTAM, MAFAT, MALMAB, and SIBAT directorates, as well as representatives from the Israel Defense Forces’ AGT unit. The Indian delegation included officials from the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces.

“This strategic dialogue with India is taking place at a critical time for both countries. Our partnership is founded on deep mutual trust and shared security interests. We consider India a first-class strategic partner and are determined to continue and deepen cooperation,” Maj. Gen. (Res.) Amir Baram, Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Defense, said.

The new MoU is expected to strengthen joint production, technology transfer, and research collaboration under the expanding India-Israel strategic partnership, which continues to grow across air defense, unmanned systems, and cyber technologies.
